Our trips are categorized by duration (1, 3 or 5 days) and level of difficulty. Each trip page details the day-by-day program, stage profiles, included services and available options. If you're unsure, you can book a call with our team to help guide you.
Yes! You can offer a gift voucher valid for the trip of your choice. Simply email us with your details and the recipient’s information. We’ll send you a personalized card to print or send digitally.

Yes, our trips are beginner-friendly. However, we recommend some prior experience with cycling regular distances. No matter your pace, our trips are professionally supported from start to finish.
Group rates are available starting from 2 participants, up to a maximum of 6 per trip. Prices decrease depending on group size. The easiest way to book for a group is to email us—we’ll assist you with a custom quote and reservation.
Booking and Payment
Payments are made by credit card via our online store hosted on Shopify. On request, we also offer PayPal payments, in one go or in installments, with no extra fees.
Yes, you can pay in several installments via PayPal upon request. This option is fee-free and lets you spread out the cost. Feel free to contact us before or after your order to arrange this.
When booking, you can choose to pay:
- A deposit only (non-refundable after 14 days)
- The full amount
- Or request payment in installments.
In any case, the booking is confirmed once the deposit is received. The balance is due according to the option chosen.
We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation or rescheduling insurance to protect against unexpected changes. Beyond the legal withdrawal period, any modifications are subject to availability and may incur fees. Please contact us quickly if you need to make changes.
Before Departure
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a complete checklist: cycling gear, suitable clothing, specific parts if bringing your own bike, etc. We provide food supplies and basic repair tools.
Yes, we recommend a full check-up before your trip. On site, we handle basic repairs (flat tires, adjustments, chains, brakes). For more serious issues, we work with partner workshops along our routes for full repairs.
The meeting and return point is Toulouse-Blagnac Airport.
- Arrival: pickup from 4 PM the day before your first riding day (for 3- or 5-day trips).
- Return: transfer back to the airport at 11 AM the day after your last ride.
📍 We also offer free transfers from Toulouse train station (notify us when booking).
🚗 Coming by car? Discounted long-term parking is available nearby—contact us to arrange it. All details are confirmed by email after booking.
Yes, a GPX guide file is sent to all participants before each stage. It includes the route, elevation profile and finish point.
During the Trip
Each morning starts with breakfast at the accommodation, followed by a stage briefing (key points, highlights). Once ready, we hit the road as a group. We make regular stops with tailored refreshments and capture photos throughout. Depending on the stage length, we arrive mid- to late afternoon. Optional cultural activities may be available at the destination. The day ends with a group dinner and well-earned rest.
Yes—two staff members accompany every trip in support vehicles :
- One drives ahead to secure the route and set up breaks.
- The other follows behind, ready to assist.
Our team is selected for their cycling expertise, professionalism and friendliness—ensuring your trip runs smoothly and safely.
We monitor weather conditions closely and adapt the program if needed. In case of heavy rain, strong wind or extreme heat, we may :
- Delay the start
- Shorten or modify the route
- Offer alternatives to ensure safety
Thanks to our support vehicles, we stay flexible throughout the day.
Absolutely. Although we ride as a group, you're free to go at your own pace. We schedule regular regrouping points, and our team adapts the rhythm as needed. You can also hop in the support vehicle at any time if you're tired.
Our support vehicles can pick you up at any point, free of charge. In case of injury or health issues requiring early return, please check the coverage provided by your credit card or consider purchasing travel/evacuation insurance before your trip.
After the Trip
Yes! A few days after your return, you’ll receive a private photo gallery link with images from your trip—perfect for reliving and sharing the experience.
Absolutely—your feedback is valuable. After your trip, you'll receive a short satisfaction survey. You’re also welcome to leave a review on our website or social media.
Yes. If you refer Cycle Lane Travel to friends or family, you'll receive a discount voucher for your next trip, and your referral will get a discount too.

Accommodation and Meals
We select quality lodgings ideally located along the route: family-run hotels, charming inns or guesthouses. All are chosen for comfort, hospitality, and bike-friendliness (secure bike storage, flexible schedules, etc.).
Rooms are shared unless a single room option is selected.
Yes, this option is available for all trips, subject to availability. It can be selected during booking or added by email request.
All trips include full board from dinner on Day 1 to breakfast on the last day:
- Breakfast at the accommodation
- On-route refreshments (healthy, performance-oriented snacks)
- Picnic or local inn lunch
- Full dinner at the accommodation or a partner restaurant
We aim to make each meal enjoyable and restorative.
Yes, of course. We adapt meals to accommodate allergies, intolerances or special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). Just let us know when booking so we can inform our partners.
